Strength in Numbers

Why go to a hot yoga studio when you could stay at home, search the internet and find lots of online classes at your fingertips?

We’ve written about the benefits of exercising in the studio heat here and here and while it’s great that so much information is now available online, it can be daunting to sift through all those options to work out what would be best for you.

Add in the motivational benefits of exercising in a group setting – you can be sure you’ll feed off the people around you to work harder and push yourself further than you’d do working out on your own.  Here at the studio, our yoga teacher, Adele, is sure to take you beyond your own perception of your limits. Adele will provide expert advice about alignment and modifications and, above all, can assess your capabilities, your strengths and quickly identify the areas you can really develop further.

Then there’s the social side of exercising in a group with the friends you make whenever you attend a good yoga studio. Classes are the perfect place to meet like-minded people who share your lifestyle goals for health and fitness: friends who will notice when you miss a couple of classes and ask how you are, or who recognise your achievements when you finally nail that posture you’ve been working so hard to perfect.

You are much more likely to find fun, laughter and enjoyment when you feel supported at a nice, welcoming studio. Certainly at Bolton Hot Yoga there is never a dull moment – you can expect our classes to have some form of entertainment either planned or spontaneously arising as something tickles our funny bones.

Best of all, a hot yoga studio is the perfect place to leave the stresses and strains of your day at the door. The energy and enthusiasm you will find in our studio is infectious. You’ll feel your spirits lifting and your mood enhanced, leaving you ready to face whatever challenges are round the corner with renewed strength and resolve. You can feel sure that the time spent in class is a great investment in your physical and mental health.
